14-day money-back guarantee. If ClarityBuild Pro isn't right for you, request a refund inside the app (Profile / Account) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of your one-time launch payment.

1. Our guarantee

We want you to buy with confidence. If you purchase the $49.99 Beta Lifetime launch offer (or any paid plan) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. How to request a refund

Open ClarityBuild Pro and go to Profile / Account → Request a refund. This option is available while you are online, during the first 14 days after purchase; after 14 days it is no longer available.
Review the refund conditions shown, tick I agree, and submit. You must be online to submit.
On submission, your licence is deactivated immediately and we email a confirmation from [email protected] to your registered address (copied to our support team). Your one-time payment is refunded to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. What happens to your licence

The moment you submit an eligible refund request in the app, your licence is deactivated and ClarityBuild Pro can no longer be used on your devices. Because deactivation happens at submission, please save or export any work you want to keep before you submit.

4. Exceptions

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
Purchases obtained fraudulently or in violation of our Terms of Service.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us — please reach out and we'll make it right.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
