Private by design. ClarityBuild Pro runs on your own machine. Your source code, projects, prompts, and generated content stay on your device and are never uploaded to us. We collect only the minimum needed to sell you a licence and support you.

1. Who we are

This site and the ClarityBuild Pro application are operated by JSCreatorPro Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202615678N). This policy explains what personal data we handle and your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and comparable laws.

2. What we collect

Account & purchase data — your email address, and payment confirmation details processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
Licence data — a licence key and activation records tied to your purchase, used to validate your licence offline.
Support data — anything you send us by email.
Basic site logs — standard request logs (IP, timestamp, page) kept transiently for security and abuse prevention.

3. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect your source code, project files, prompts, model inputs/outputs, or any content you create in the app. The application performs no telemetry on your work. Local AI models you download and any cloud API keys you add remain entirely on your device.

4. How we use data

To process your purchase and issue and validate your licence.
To send transactional messages (receipt, activation link, essential updates).
To provide support and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as an independent controller of your card data under its own privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation and the email you provide at checkout.

6. Retention

We keep account, purchase, and licence records for as long as your licence is active and as required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent to non-essential processing, by emailing us. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the limited data we hold. Licences are verified with cryptographic leases, and no code or project data leaves your machine.

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change and material updates will be posted on this page.
