Refund Policy — ClarityBuildPro

Effective: 20 June 2026 · Last updated: 20 June 2026

We want you to be confident before you pay. That's why ClarityBuildPro starts with a free 1-day trial — no card required — so you can try every feature first. This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Try free first

Every account gets a 1-day free trial on one device, no payment details needed. The trial is your risk-free way to evaluate ClarityBuildPro end to end before purchasing.

2. The 7-day refund — tied to usage

Because ClarityBuildPro creates real deliverables that you keep and own (websites, apps, games, content, exported files), refunds are tied to whether you have produced any deliverable:

The app records a completion record for each build/export, so eligibility is a simple yes/no, not a judgement call.

3. Always refunded — genuine technical faults

Regardless of usage, we refund in full if the product genuinely cannot deliver, including:

4. Beta lifetime license

The Beta Lifetime license ($49.99, first 10,000 customers) is a one-time purchase for perpetual use of the ClarityBuildPro desktop app. It is covered by the same 7-day usage-based refund above. After 7 days, or once a deliverable has been produced, it is non-refundable.

5. After a refund

When a refund is issued, the license on your device is deactivated and the app stops running new builds. Files you already created remain yours on your disk — we cannot and do not delete your work. One refund per customer.

6. Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evident abuse — for example, generating substantial deliverables (multiple sites, apps, or content exports) and then requesting a refund — and to decline repeated or fraudulent requests.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request — [your email]", including the email used at checkout. We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

8. App-store purchases (Apple / Google)

If you ever purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds must be requested through that store's policy — we cannot process store refunds on their behalf.

9. Statutory rights (EU, UK, etc.)

Nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights. EU/UK consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content before use; by activating the app and beginning to use it (or producing a deliverable) you consent to immediate performance and the right of withdrawal may lapse under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You confirm this at checkout.
